Potato Casserole
10 cups frozen shredded potatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ cup milk 2 cups grated cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup + 2 T butter or margarine 12 oz. French onion dip 1cup crushed corn flakes Pre-heat oven to 375º F
Pour ¼ cups melted margarine into 9”x 13” baking dish. Add 5 cups frozen shredded potatoes. Mix soup, milk, and French onion dip in separate bowl. Pour ½ mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle 1 cups grated cheese on top. Add remainder of potatoes, and mixture on top. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese, then cover with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle 2 T melted margarine on top. Bake for 55 minutes.
